Our Method

Our method is not magic. It is smart work, sustained over time.

At Life Zone we do not believe in magic solutions. Real change in quality of life and in habits does not happen by itself. It takes knowledge, experience, careful planning, a clear strategy and consistent work over years, with supporting technology and professional, committed people.

How does it work?

We developed a structured method for building communities that make a difference, one that does not settle for a marketing slogan but sets out on a shared journey to put in place the foundations that grow healthy lives, establish new habits and create real change in the way we live.

In urban renewal

In urban renewal projects we come in as early as the developer selection stage, to make sure the Life Zone principles are built into the design of the development.

We can influence your quality of life, and we owe it to you to try and to succeed.

How we turn a vision into reality
The method’s cycle: planning the development, construction, move-in, connecting to the home, connecting and belonging to the community, an active community, quality of life

The move-in stage at Life Zone

The move-in stage at Life Zone focuses on turning the community into something living and breathing. It is carried out gradually, from setup to day-to-day operation, connecting residents, helping them get to know one another and establishing the first community routines. The process includes welcoming members, running a range of activities and laying the foundations of a shared culture built on involvement, belonging and quality of life.
